Near-black full-grain leather with an oxblood lower band: both tones are dense, tight-grained full-grain throughout. The zipper chest pocket closes with a silver pull and holds a thermometer, a notepad, or a pen flat at bib height and secured through the shift. The oxblood lower band carries three individual knife slots: each slot holds one knife upright, blade down, handle accessible. The individual knife slots keep blades pointed down and separated, which reduces incidental contact risk when reaching for a specific knife.

Care and maintenance

Wipe both the near-black body and the oxblood band with a damp cloth at shift end. Condition both tones at the same intervals with a neutral conditioner so they age evenly in structure. The knife slots should be cleared of debris between shifts to prevent residue build-up inside the leather. The silver zipper and gunmetal buckles wipe clean with a dry cloth. Do not machine wash or soak. Store hung or flat away from direct heat.
